Rapid Resource for Families in collaboration with our North Carolina MCO partners has developed a new line of residential bed boards that offer increased functionality for tracking viable placements for adolescents receiving residential services. An online HIPAA-compliant database known as the Bedboard, provides access to real-time movement, placement, vacancy, and level of care information. {TFC/IAFT, residential level II, III, IV, and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities}. The Bedboard benefits are innumerable for referral sources seeking a placement to support the permanency plan, reducing referral to placement times, referral response within 24 hours, and for Care managers who need the ability to transition youth between levels of care. Provider compliance monitoring and member-level outcomes/data reporting are also provided along with data visualization dashboards for recruitment awareness, SODH, and geo-mapping.
