The following classes are required topic classes for Treatment Parent and Natural Supports participating in the Division Incentives:
-Understanding Sexualized Behaviors
-Working With DJJ Involved Youth
-Supporting LGBTQ Youth in Foster Care
-De-escalation Behaviors and Management of Property Damage and Aggression
-Supporting Neurodivergent and IDD Youth
-Tools to Aid in Suicide Prevention
-Serving Teens Effectively
-The Impact of Trauma on Hygiene

Shared Parenting
Shared Parenting- Will engage in honest dialogue about the struggles of shared parenting; and how to make it work for the benefit of the child
Cameras must be turned on throughout duration of training. Participant will receive a certificate and training hours.
